This course is being taught alongside the Pre Calculus 40S course. It will be extremely important that students do not miss any class time. Students will have to work very independently at times as I will have to share my time with both classes. A lot of correcting will be done on their own, but opportunity will be there to ask me questions about errors they have. I like to give the students lots of example questions in their notes to refer to. Therefore as a lot of classtime is spent looking at examples and discussing questions from the previous assignment, students will have a fair amount of homework every day. This homework must be completed or they will continually struggle throughout this course. I will be available in my classroom on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon hour for help and I will be encouraging all students to make use of this time if they need it.
